Step-by-step Guide

Step 1: Find out more about GHC 2016. Check out our impact report.

Step 2: Decide which sponsorship level and benefits best fit your company or organization’s needs. Sponsorships are closed, but you can check out the benefits associated with each type by clicking on the links below.

Step 3: Purchase your sponsorship or patronship. Sponsorships are closed.

  • AnitaB.org Partners: You should have received an email with a password to gain access to GHC Sponsorship opportunities that are open to partners. Please enter your password when prompted. You do not need a registration code at this time. If you did not receive a password for sponsorship, please email ghc@anitab.org.

Step 4: Log into the portal. You will need your reference number from your confirmation email.

  • You can modify your registration (change contact information, buying more booths or registrations, etch.).
  • You can invite attendees to use your pre-paid registrations. You can also check the status of your registrations and make substitutions.
  • Check on your RSVP registrations such as the Technical Executive Forum, Senior Women’s Program and VIP receptions.

Step 5: Plan your Career Fair Booth. All relevant information will be available in your sponsor portal, including key dates and how to order items for your booth. You can also check out the Exhibitor Guide for more information.

Step 6: Book your hotel. If you book through ABI’s Housing Bureau, we can ensure that you will have discounted room rates.

Step 7: Submit your marketing materials through the sponsor portal. Logos and profiles were due August 3.

  • Corporate Diamond, Platinum and Gold Sponsors: Your support material was due August 17.
    • Details about trim and bleed are in the portal, but the basic page dimensions(horizontal x vertical) are below.
      • Diamond Sponsors – one page, 8 inches x 10.5 inches
      • Platinum Sponsors – half page, 8 inches x 5 inches
      • Corporate Gold Sponsors – quarter page, 4 inches x 5 inches

Step 8: Access the resume database. It’s a perfect opportunity to communicate with attendees and start recruiting even before the conference! We’ve opened it for 2016 to non-attendees so you have access to even more candidates. Access begins based on your level and all access ends on December 31, 2016.

  • Diamond: Access begins August 29.
  • Platinum, Academic Gold, Nonprofit & Lab Gold: Access begins September 6.
  • Corporate Gold, Academic Silver, Nonprofit & Lab  Silver: Access begins September 12.
  • Corporate Silver, Academic Bronze, Nonprofit & Lab Bronze: Access begins September 19.

Step 9: Submit your booth materials (Rules & Regulations, Certificate of Insurance and Booth Plan & Design) through the sponsor portal. These are due September 14.

Step 10: Book your flights and remind your employees to do the same. You’ll want to arrive in time for the morning keynote on Wednesday and stay all of Friday. You don’t want to miss the Friday Evening Celebration!

Step 11: Attend GHC!
