2016 Technical Executive Forum

The Technical Executive Forum (TEF) — held annually at GHC — connects, inspires and provides guidance to executive-level technical leaders from AnitaB.org’s (ABI) partner companies who view diversity in innovation as an imperative.

About

The Technical Executive Forum (TEF) is a key invitation-only Organizational Transformation program for C-suite executives, from ABI’s Partner companies, connecting them to others equally motivated to transforming the technology workplace and targeted to help organizations in their efforts to create more inclusive workplaces. The TEF is the technical executives’ event to attend on diversity.

We are expecting over 100 technical executive participants at the TEF. The group size is restricted to keep the TEF intimate and allow for in-depth discussion. Confirmed executive attendees come from these AnitaB.org Partners: http://anitab.org/partner-with-us/our-partners/ with titles including: CEOs, CIOs, CTOs, Executive Vice Presidents, Corporate Vice Presidents, General Managers and Managing Directors.

Participating Companies

Do you want to learn more about the TEF or what partner companies participated? In 2015, 104 participants including CEOs, CTOs and other senior executive-level technical executives from 56 organizations joined us in Houston to build awareness, learn from each other and take action on practical strategies to form gender diverse technical teams. We expect a similar turn out in 2016.
