Before joining KRW, John worked at Allina Health Systems, a $2B healthcare organization, leading the development of patient assessment for a system-wide balanced scorecard. He also spent six years at NCS Assessments (now Pearson Assessments), creating behavioral health measurement systems for healthcare organizations. John also has a substantial background in measurement, statistics and technology, having worked for ten years in programming and data analysis.
John received his B.S. in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin and his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Minnesota.
