The Technical Executive Forum (TEF) is an invite-only event for executive-level technical leaders from AnitaB.org’s partner companies. This key Organizational Transformation program is held annually at GHC, and helps guide organizations in creating more inclusive workplaces. Attendees connect, collaborate, and learn best practices and actionable solutions for retaining and advancing women technologists. Seize this chance to meet and hear from others who likewise view diversity in innovation as an imperative.
The 2018 TEF will occur Thursday, September 27, 2018.
Started in 2007, TEF began as a CTO round table with a handful of C-Suite executives, and has continued to grow. In 2017, over 180 executives attended TEF, and we expect a similar turnout for 2018. By keeping TEF’s annual growth rate small yet steady, we ensure that TEF remains an intimate event for in-depth discussions.
TEF continues to be a highly rated event focused on diversity in technology and computing for technical executives. It has consistently rated in the 4.1—4.7 range (out of a 5.0 scale) for overall quality since measurement began in 2011. This program is a wonderful opportunity for C-Suite technical executives and Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) leaders to connect, collaborate, and learn. In the full-day program, experts and peers provide cutting-edge research and strategies on how to advance and retain women technologists.
