It’s Time to Step Up: Amplify. Empower. Innovate.
Technical Executive Forum (TEF) participants have long analyzed and studied the barriers facing women in the technology and computing industries. Now, we want to move beyond admiring the problem. As a collective, we want to understand the practices we can instill today to improve the industry tomorrow.
TEF 18 will focus on movements in technology, driving transparency, and opportunity for intersectional tech ecosystems, and data-driven leadership for strategic transformation. Participants will discuss how to foster intersectional allies and leaders, and how to ultimately create a culture of results in the tech industry.
TEF has consistently focused on the retention and advancement of women technologists. Each year, the TEF program caters to both returning and new participants by intentionally weaving prior year themes into the conversation with an intersectional lens. Previously, TEF participants have taken deep dives into intersections of temperament, gender partnership, and race throughout the technology and computing industry. TEF provides executives with a call to action to integrate into their leadership and bring back to their sphere of influence within their organizations.
