Orange County Convention Center

Coat & Luggage Check

A Coat & Luggage Check service will be conveniently located in the convention center. You can safely store your items at no cost while you enjoy the many activities at GHC.

You must collect your items by closing time each day. All property left after hours at the Coat & Luggage Checks will be taken to Lost and Found at the venue that you left your property at by Bags employees. There will be a sign at the Coat & Luggage check-in location informing attendees of after hour instructions and the phone number to contact OCCC Security Command Center or Hyatt Lost and Found for retrieval. is not liable for any loss or damage, or for the return of any items that were not retrieved during normal open hours.

Please note that we do not allow luggage such as roller bags and backpacks inside the Keynote venue. Also, please refrain from bringing luggage and roller bags into the Expo Hall, breakouts, and sessions. For your convenience, we have Coat & Luggage Check available at the OCCC. For quick retrieval on Friday, we encourage you to store your luggage at your hotel. Only small bags no bigger than the carry-on size of 9 inches x 14 inches x 22 inches are allowed.

Scooter & Wheelchair Rental

If you need a scooter or wheelchair for any of the days of GHC, you can make a rental reservation prior to GHC from our official provider, Scootaround. You can make a reservation through our portal. Reservations will open July 17, 2019 at 9 a.m. PT. For questions, contact Scootaround at:

Special Note for Attendees: If you are attending pre-event activities at the Convention Center on Tuesday, October 1, 2019, and require a scooter or wheelchair, please call (888) 441-7575 to reserve for pick up at the FedEx Business Center in the OCCC.

Lost and Found

The Lost & Found is managed by the Security Division of the Orange County Convention Center, who operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week. For any lost and found inquires, call the respective concourse.

All Gender Restrooms will designate specific restrooms in the Orange County Convention Center, the Hyatt Regency Orlando, and the Rosen Centre Hotel as all-gender restrooms for attendees who feel more comfortable using those facilities.
