Auriel is the CTO and CEO of StrattyX. Auriel is a senior at Harvard University studying Computer Science and Business Mandarin Chinese. Auriel’s interest in finance started with her previous business, which focused on scholarship education and college admissions. From there she pursued business, specializing in Business Mandarin in Shanghai, completing Wharton’s Girl’s Who Invest program, and interning at Robert Smith’s Vista Equity Partners. Other highlights and previous experience include being a Fulbright-Hayes language scholar, a Harvard Grace Hopper Scholar, and conducting biotechnology research, which won her multiple national and international awards, including awards from the United States Navy and Intel Incorporated.
After combing her love of computer science and finance as a quant in Cryptocurreny at Goldman Sachs, Auriel went on to pursue quant work further, and now has created a startup around the problems her clients struggled with the most — accessible trading tools. Her startup aims to democratize algorithmic trading starting with their mobile app, StrattyX.
