Lisa is an experienced product leader who specializes in bringing early-stage platform agnostic moonshot projects from concept to market. She is the Founder of Conscious Product Development and her purpose is to help teams solve the right problems for the right reasons and develop products that make people’s lives better. Previously, she worked at Google and was part of the North team that was acquired that brought Focals, the first smart eyewear that look like regular glasses, to life. She has spent past lives inventing a motion capture suit to be used for sports and ergonomics, working with Bauer Hockey’s development team to bring the next generation of hockey sticks to market, as a journalist, and as an athlete playing on the McGill Martlets women’s ice hockey team for five years and winning three National Championships. She has an amazing partner and eight-year-old daughter who she loves with all of her.
