RegOnline Troubleshoot

The current RegOnline server does not have the proper encryption routines to handle some system/browser combinations. They are working on updating their encryption routines. In the meantime, here are some steps you can take if you experience issues using the RegOnline system to sign up for GHC.

  1. On the menu bar, click Tools (Hotkey: Alt + t)
  2. Select Internet Options (Hotkey: Alt + t + o)
  3. Select Advanced tab
  4. Under Settings, scroll to the bottom security section
  5. To access RegOnline, SSL 3.0 needs to be checked
