Sage Ke’alohilani Quiamno is an award-winning entrepreneur, speaker, and changemaker. She is a nationally-recognized diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) leader at Amazon Prime Video & Studios who focuses on talent diversification, inclusive hiring, retention, employment development, internal and external DEI communications, DEI leadership training, data analytics, and global DEI strategy. Sage is also the President of the newly launched internal Indigenous at Amazon – Pasifika Affinity Group whose mission is to amplify Pasifika culture, voices, and experiences to all employees, advocate on behalf of Pasifika Amazonians within the North American region, and advance Pasifika Amazonians in their careers at Amazon. Her work has been recognized in major media outlets like Forbes, Fast Company, Entrepreneur, and more.

In 2019, she was recognized as one of Seattle’s Most Influential People, was honored with the Rising Star award from the National Organization for Women, and was named on The 100 Changemakers list by The Gates Foundation. Sage’s work has been invested, endorsed, and publicly recognized by global leaders such as Melinda Gates and Serena Williams. As a national speaker she has been invited to speak at SXSW and the Women’s March, and at Fortune 500 companies like Microsoft, Starbucks, Twitter and more.

Both personally and professionally, Sage is relentlessly committed to intersectional social justice, advocacy for communities of color, the LGBTQIA+ community, and pay equity. Her work is grounded in centering the experiences of historically underrepresented communities and those with intersectional identities to achieve equity. She is a proud Native Hawaiian, originally from the island of O’ahu, who looks at systems, processes, and people with an Indigenous lens to create a world of equity and belonging.
