In her current role as Senior Director of Talent & Development for Enterprise Technology & Operations at Thomson Reuters, Molly partners with HR and Technology leaders to increase the effectiveness of their organization, the business and individual teams. She is passionate about increasing gender diversity and inclusion at Thomson Reuters and leads the Technology Diversity Champions team at Thomson Reuters whose accomplishments include piloting a Gender Partnership program for AnitaB.org, sponsoring Leadhership1 (a development program for mid level high potential women), designing gamefication for employees to earn their D&I Hub badges and developing a one hour WebEx: “Who Me? The Top Ten Actions You Can Take to Improve Inclusion.”
