Policies and Event Terms to Control the Spread of COVID-19 AND OTHER VIRAL COMMUNICABLE DISEASES

Your Health and Safety is our top priority

We are excited to be In-Person for the Grace Hopper Celebration 2023 (“GHC 23 Event”)! To ensure everyone has equitable access to the experience, we have instituted policies to safeguard the health of all individuals who attend (“Attendees”). Attendees are required to abide by all Health and Safety Policies and Terms in exchange for the opportunity to attend the In-Person event, AnitaB.org reserves the right to update these Policies and Terms at any time without notice.  Travelling to and attending large scale events involves the risk of sickness, including sickness from COVID-19.

For personal safety and risk reduction, all attendees are recommended to wear N95 or KN95 masks while travelling to and from GHC 23 as well as onsite in Orlando and at the Event. At GHC 23, masks will be provided to attendees upon request.

AnitaB.org is actively monitoring the health and safety guidance from the Centers for Disease Control as well as state and local health departments and we will adjust our policies as needed.

We require attendees to abide by any applicable rules of conduct or local or state laws that may be announced at any time before or during the event, which may include wearing personal protective gear, engaging in social distancing, agreeing to temperature checks or COVID-19 testing requirements, or providing proof of COVID-19 vaccination status or negative COVID-19 test.
