Erin Howard is an undergraduate student at Western Washington University studying physics and math/computer science. Their research goal is to bridge the gap between astronomy and computer science and make it easier for astronomers to find the data they need. Erin is a two-time DREU recipient, a 2021 NCWIT Collegiate Award honorable mention, and a 2019 Google Scholar. In their free time, they volunteer with Girl Scouts of Western Washington and West Sound CoderDojo.
