Director of Inclusion Recruiting Programs, Executive Talent, Netflix

Keri leads efforts to enable inclusive hiring of Executive Talent at Netflix as part of the Inclusion Recruiting Programs and Talent Acquisition teams. In her role, she fosters meaningful connections with external underrepresented executive talent, while providing talent counsel to senior leaders.

Previously, Keri was a Partner with Hanold Associates and leader of the Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Practice. There, she led notable Chief HR Officer and Diversity & Inclusion leadership searches for National Football League (NFL), American Airlines, Gucci, Ford Motor Company, Zoom, Major League Baseball (MLB), Under Armour, Sonos, Domino’s, The New York Times, Cargill, Mylan Live Nation Entertainment, MGM, A + E Networks, among others.

Prior to joining Hanold Associates, Keri was the Director of Host Relations and Consulting for Ragan Communications. At Ragan, she fostered relationships with communications leaders at Fortune 500 companies to secure event partnerships. She was instrumental in launching Ragan Consulting Group (RCG).

Earlier in her career, Keri was a television anchor and reporter for KCCI-TV in Des Moines, Iowa. Her most memorable assignment was a one-on-one interview with First Lady Michelle Obama at the White House.

Keri resides in Chicago. She enjoys working out, reading about health and nutrition, traveling, and spending time with her partner and children, family, and friends.
