Dr. Siobahn Day Grady is an assistant professor of information systems at North Carolina Central University in the School of Library and Information Sciences. She is the first woman Computer Science Ph.D. graduate from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University and a current ambassador for the American Association for the Advancement of Science If/Then Initiative. Her research areas include authorship attribution and human-computer interaction, and machine learning. She also participates in numerous outreach activities to broaden participation in
computing, especially for women and girls of color in STEM.
