Badge Pick Up
Please pick up your badge at the George R. Brown Convention Center in Houston, TX at your earliest convenience. Please use the “Speaker/ GHC Scholar” counter, where you will also receive an envelope with your meal card.
Meals
Meals during the conference are included in your GHC Scholarship Grant. You will receive a meal card with a fixed amount of funds to be used at the various food court and coffee stations at the convention center. You will receive your meal card when you check in to get your badge at the “Speaker/ GHC Scholar” registration counter at the convention center.

- GHC Scholars Meet and Greet (Heavy hors d’oeuvres provided)
- 6:30 p.m.-8:30 p.m. CST at Hilton Americas, Lanier Grand Ballroom J
Wednesday
- Breakfast (Convention Center – meal card)
- Scholarship Recipients Lunch
- 1:00 p.m.-2:15 p.m. CST at Hilton Americas; Ballroom of the Americas ABC
- Dinner (Convention Center – use ticket from registration for a boxed dinner)
Thursday
- Breakfast (Convention Center – meal card)
- Lunch(Convention Center – meal card)
- Dinner (On your own, you will be reimbursed up to $20)
Friday
- Breakfast (Convention Center – meal card)
- Lunch (Convention Center – meal card)
- Dinner (Minute Maid ticket voucher provided)
