Natali Vlatko (she/her) leads the Open Source Program Office at Wayfair, specializing in open software, communities, and governance, while maintaining an acute focus on improving performance management practices across engineering organizations. Her global experience has seen her work across several continents, pursuing opportunities to highlight women in technical roles. She co-leads the global Women+ in Technology Employee Resource Group (ERG) at Wayfair and has a particular passion for Infrastructure topics and challenges. She is tolerated by her two cats and is an avid gamer and musician.
