Data Management Technology Executive for Bank of America
Michelle Boston is the Data Management Technology Executive for Bank of America. In this role, Michelle leads the team responsible for data quality control across Global Technology in adherence to Enterprise Data policies and standards. Before joining Bank of America in 2012, Michelle served as Chief Information Officer for Partners Imaging, a privately held medical imaging services company in Dallas, Texas. Michelle serves as executive co-sponsor of Bank of America’s Women in Technology & Operations affinity group and is the executive site champion for one of the bank’s Girls Who Code Summer Immersion program classrooms.
She is a Hispanic Latino Executive Council (HLEC) member and leads the talent development work stream for the North Texas Hispanic Latino Advisory Council. In 2021, HITEC recognized Michelle as one of the Top 100 Hispanic IT Executives. She was featured in Hispanic Executive magazine as a Leading Latina in 2020.
