About Senior Leadership Summit
The Senior Leadership Summit (SLS) is an invite-only event that convenes senior leaders at Grace Hopper Celebration. Designed to sharpen core leadership skills, address the varied needs of experienced technologists and empower women to have greater influence as high-level leaders; attendees cultivate a global network of peers, gain insight from leading women in tech, and develop strategies for effective leadership and organizational transformation.
Now, more than ever, leaders are faced with making quick decisions that will deliver results and drive change to meet business demands. Leaders have had to quickly pivot to meet the demands of work in a virtual environment while considering the long-lasting impacts for the business and engaging teams to work effectively and efficiently. Join us for the Senior leadership Summit at Virtual GHC where we will explore effective leadership in a virtual world.
The Senior Leadership Summit is an event for leaders rising to senior executive ranks, who have the broad influence to drive organizational change. Attendees must be considered a leader with organizational influence such as a director, vice president, founder, chair/dean, head, lead, SMB C-level executives, or fellows in industry, academia, or government.
Leaders who meet the eligibility criteria or have received a special invite may register. Details coming later.

Senior Leadership Summit FAQ
- When is the Senior Leadership Summit?
The date will be announced later as to when the summit will take place at Virtual Grace Hopper Celebration 2021.
- Can I obtain a GHC registration through the Senior Leadership Summit?
No. To be considered for the Senior Leadership Summit, you must have a vGHC 21 registration
- How do I get selected for the Senior Leadership Summit?
Select leaders are invited to SLS. Since invitees are already registered for vGHC 21, they must go and register for the session using the agenda builder.
- Who should attend?
A target attendee must be a director, vice president, founder, chair/dean, head, C-level executive, or fellow/distinguished engineer (or equivalents appropriate to their organization) in industry, academia, or government.
This program is designed to center the experiences of women including non-binary, gender non-conforming, trans women, etc.
- What if I have attended the program in previous years, am I still eligible?
Yes. If you have previously attended this program you may still join.
