Colleen McClelland has worked in the technology industry for nearly 20 years. She started her career working for Accenture in their Strategy and Consulting practice where she led large-scale system implementations and technology transformations for public sector clients. In 2020 she joined Salesforce as a Director of Customer Success for California state and local public sector. Colleen is passionate about helping public sector organizations use technology to improve outcomes and transform how they serve constituents.
