Asha Gowdaiah is Director of Engineering within the Credit and Collections Servicing organization at American Express. In prior roles, she has led and played a key role in driving enterprise initiatives including Delivery Transformation 2.0, Platform Velocity, and Arena. She has led multiple product developments from concept to reality for a large-scale application in the financial, networking and telecommunication industry. She has a Bachelor’s in Computer Science and an Executive MBA in International Business Management. She is a leader for a non-profit Indian community organization, and has presented at various conferences and non-profit events.
