Stephanie is a software engineer at Amazon Robotics and the co-founder of The Percentage Project, a nonprofit that uses data to drive progress towards more inclusive and equitable technology education. Stephanie works with students from across the country to collect anonymous survey data on computer science education and uncover what it’s really like to be underrepresented in tech. As part of The Percentage Project, Stephanie has presented findings at AnitaB.org’s Women in Technology Data Summit, the ACM Capital Region Celebration of Women in Computing, the Global Spotlight Summit, and the Summit on Diversity and Inclusion at the University of Pennsylvania, highlighting the disparities we see in educational experiences at our institutions today.
