Sruti is the founder and CEO of Campground Systems, a CRM and hub purpose-built for program leaders. She also founded FutureMap, providing career support to over 3.5K first-gen, low-income students since ‘18. She started her career at a global software company in strategy, ops, and product; pursued her MBA at Kellogg School of Management; consulted at Bain & Co; and was named Interim CEO of All Raise, a national nonprofit promoting gender equity in the VC ecosystem.
