Steven Huang

Steven Huang left his career as a life insurance actuary to join Facebook as their first HR Analyst. Since then, he has become a champion of people analytics and bringing statistical rigor to people processes. After founding the HR Analytics team at Square, he set his sights on an even bigger challenge: Diversity and Inclusion. As the Head of Diversity and Inclusion at Culture Amp, a People and Culture Platform, he oversees D&I technology and services for over 2,500 customers globally, as well as the internal D&I initiatives for 400 employees.
