Janice is the CEO and Founder of The Mentor Method, an enterprise SaaS company that uses mentorship to increase inclusion and retention of diverse talent. Working with companies like Deloitte and Fannie Mae, the startup offers diverse talent a mentoring framework that (and their companies) more successful.
The Mentor Method has been featured in the Washington Business Journal and Entrepreneur Magazine. In 2018, DC Inno named the company a Startup to Watch, and in 2017, it was featured in the Startup Grind Global Exhibition.
Janice served as a DC Ambassador at SXSW, and was selected to attend the White House Summit on Building the Tech Workforce of Tomorrow. She was also one of the top 10 finalists in Rent the Runway’s Project Entrepreneur.
