Reena is a serial entrepreneur and philanthropist who dove into entrepreneurship when most women take a career break: after the birth of her first child. She first started the staffing company Avankia, then founded TargetRecruit, an innovative talent management platform built on the Salesforce platform. TargetRecruit modernizes the recruiting cycle at organizations. Reena recently exited TargetRecruit after it was acquired.
From supporting girls’ education to providing job opportunities to stay-at-home moms, Reena always strives to do her part to support women. Most recently, she founded Mom Relaunch, an initiative that helps moms who have taken career breaks return to the workforce through a unique LaunchPad program.
Reena was featured in CRN’s 2016 Women of the Channel, as well as Entrepreneur Magazine, Power 50 Solution Providers, and more. She is also a regular speaker at various women in STEM conferences.
