Before joining KRW, John worked at Allina Health Systems, a $2 billion healthcare organization, leading the development of patient assessment for a system-wide balanced scorecard. He also spent six years at NCS Assessments (now Pearson Assessments), creating behavioral health measurement systems for healthcare organizations. John also has a substantial background in measurement, statistics and technology, having worked for ten years in programming and data analysis.
