Kristy Friedrichs

Kristy is New Relic’s Chief People Officer, leading all aspects of the company’s strategy for its people and culture. She is passionate about working with employees to create the best place to work. Kristy joined New Relic after spending more than 15 years at Bain & Company, first as a Consulting Principal and most recently as the Head of Consulting Operations for the Bay Area. She holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Duke University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
