Rob McGowan

Rob McGowan is Senior Leadership Development Manager at GoDaddy, the world’s largest domain name registrar and Web hosting provider. He leads a team of curriculum developers and learning facilitators focused on building self-awareness, communication, and other key leadership skills for GoDaddy’s extended leadership team. Prior to joining GoDaddy, Rob managed and developed executive leadership and high-potential development programs curricula for a global consulting firm.

Rob is pursuing a degree in Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning at Boise State. He has a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the Maxwell School at Syracuse and an BA in Government and English Literature from St. Lawrence University. Rob holds certifications from the Association for Talent Development, Project Management Institute and American Society for Quality.
