Patti Solaski

Patti joined Microsoft in 2000 in the Enterprise Services organization. Currently, she leads Learning and Development on behalf of Global Diversity and Inclusion for Microsoft. She created and rolled out the company-wide unconscious bias and inclusion curriculum that all 100,000+ employees will complete by the end of 2015. Over her tenure at the company, she has created innovative learning solutions to increase the technical proficiency and Microsoft certification readiness for technical sales professionals. She increased manager capability by driving the establishment of company-wide people manager priorities, commitments and performance measurements.

Patti has managed learning solution suppliers and the facilitator community for the hundreds of training sessions delivered to employees each year. She is obsessed with ensuring that employees have a consistent high quality learner experience from registration to evaluation.

Patti was the first female consultant at Onyx Software implementing Customer Relationship Software to Fortune 500 companies. She graduated with honors from the University of Washington with a degree in Information Systems and Marketing before joining the Seattle Ernst & Young LLP office as an Information Technology Management Consultant.
