Ripsy Bandourian is the Vice President, Global Accommodations Partner Services for Booking.com. In this role, she leads all aspects of Booking.com’s relationships with its accommodation partners and owns commercial strategy and value proposition, across central and regional functions. Previously, Ripsy served as Vice President of Partnerships, where she was responsible for app marketing efforts across all channels and the development of the company’s B2B platform strategy and architecture, as well as marketing, product development and partnership efforts in the B2B space, including over 17,500 affiliate distribution partners globally, in addition to a host of other strategic, business travel and transportation partnerships around the world.
Ripsy joined Booking.com in January 2014 to oversee the development and execution of Booking.com’s first foray into business travel as a product owner, responsible for seamless product development, value proposition, and growing commercial relationships that helped Booking.com to build its presence in the business travel arena. She most recently served as the Senior Director of Partnerships & Business Bookers.
Ripsy came to Booking.com from Apple, where she worked on building the enterprise and education businesses in Eastern Europe, with a focus on mobile technology and solution development. Previously, she led a network of premium mono-brand Apple stores in the EMEA region. Earlier in her career, Ripsy was a Junior Partner at McKinsey & Company in London. She worked with clients in the technology, media and consumer industries on a range of areas from launching new products, to opening up new geographies, to building and investing in business propositions.
Ripsy holds an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School and a double degree in Molecular Biology and Economics from Brigham Young University.
