Carly Schneider is working on her bachelor’s degree in computer science and math at the State University of New York, at Binghamton. She is currently the treasurer of the ACM at her university and was an application development intern at JP Morgan Chase in the summer of 2014. Carly is passionate about increasing the percentage of women in computer science fields and wants to educate others on sexism in technology.
“I think I am in a unique position at my school to educate others on sexism in technology. I am passionate about encouraging woman to join computer science and am eager to help change its male-dominated image.”
