Tolu Akinyosoye is a solutions architect and engineering manager at Goldman Sachs. She has built a software engineering career over the past 12 years, delivering creative solutions to client needs in various businesses. Her focus over the last few years has been on digital transformation and integrating user-centered design approaches to ensure enhanced user experiences. Tolu is passionate about people development and diversity recruiting, particularly as it relates to lowering the barrier to entry to having a successful software engineering career. She was also featured as a speaker at the Lesbians Who Tech 2020 Debug conference, where she discussed Micro Front-Ends as a design pattern for building scalable distributed front-ends.
Tolu lives in New York and is actively involved in non-profit organizations focused on holistic humanitarian development. Three of her favorite things are people, tea, and gummy candy and she can’t imagine a better afternoon than one with all three.
