Molly Anderson is president of Exponential Talent LLC which helps organizations perform better by tapping into the full motivation of today’s diverse workforce. Exponential Talent helps companies innovate talent strategies, develop inclusive workplaces, build tomorrow’s leaders, reconfigure work, and implement organizational and culture change effectively.
Molly is co-author of the best-seller The Corporate Lattice: Achieving High Performance in the Changing World of Work (Harvard Business Review Press, 2010) with Cathy Benko, Vice Chairman, Deloitte LLP. The Corporate LatticeTM model provides a strategic, flexible and scalable approach to the realities of today’s workforce and workplace.
Previously Molly was director of talent for Deloitte Services LP where she led strategic talent initiatives such as leadership development and succession, performance management, Mass Career Customization®, workplace flexibility and the women’s initiative for Deloitte’s 50,000 person organization.
Molly is an authority on organizational effectiveness, human resources strategy, and learning and development. Molly has over twenty five years of management consulting experience implementing large scale change in organizations through the integration of processes, people and technology.
Molly is a frequent speaker in forums such as the Conference Board, the Human Capital Institute, the Society for Human Resource Management, the ICAN Women’s Conference, the Professional Business Women of California and Stanford University. Her articles have appeared in leading publications such as Bloomberg Businessweek, Forbes, CNBC, Leadership Excellence and The Conversation at Harvard Business Review and she appeared on First Business TV. She is also a member of the Advisory Board for the Clayman Institute for Gender Research at Stanford University and she serves on the Institute’s Redesigning the Workplace research initiative.
Molly earned her M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and her undergraduate degree in Government from Harvard University. She lives in Northern California with her husband and two children.
