Rosa M. Ramos-Kwok leads the delivery of technology solutions for Consumer & Shared Services Operations Technology. Rosa is responsible for technology supporting Enterprise Card Issuance, Retail Lock Box, Item Processing, and more. Additionally, she leads a team responsible for Consumer Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Technology and Global Wealth and Investment Management (GWIM) AML strategy. Rosa co-leads the Global Technology & Operations (GT&O) Diversity and Inclusion Forum as well as the GT&O Hispanic-Latino Advisory Council.
Rosa is an advocate for women and Hispanics and has been an avid mentor throughout her career. For the last three years, Rosa has been a mentor in the Hispanic IT Executive Council (HITEC) Emerging Executive Program. Rosa also mentors women at Bank of America. Rosa is one of the sponsors of the Girls Who Code Summer Immersion Program that Bank of America will host for the first time this year. She is also an active participant in the firm’s recruitment efforts participating in the Grace Hopper Conference.
Rosa has been featured in several publications including Latina Style Magazine and Diversity and Careers Magazine, and has received numerous honors including being named one of the top female engineers in the U.S. by Business Insider. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from New York University and attended the Bronx High School of Science.
