Varun Ganapathi

Co-founder and CTO, AKASA

Co-founder and chief technology officer of AKASA, Varun Ganapathi holds a B.S. in physics, an M.S. in computer science, and a Ph.D. in artificial intelligence, all from Stanford University. He has successfully started two AI companies prior to AKASA, one was acquired by Google and the other by Udacity. He has served as an early advisor to a number of AI and machine learning companies, including the driverless car company Zoox. Ganapathi is also a member of the Forbes Technology Council.
