Dr. Susan Davis-Ali

Susan is the Senior Director of Organizational Transformation Programs at AnitaB.org. She is also the Founder and President of Leadhership1®, a boutique coaching company specializing in the retention and advancement of women technologists.

For over a decade, Susan served as a senior executive specializing in assessment and development in several leading companies in the certification and testing industry.

She is the author of the book „How to Become Successful Without Becoming a Man,“ and she writes a weekly career advice column for Millennials published in USA TODAY. Susan received her Ph.D. in Social Psychology and Measurement from the University of Michigan and is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Miami University in Ohio. She currently lives in Minnesota with her husband and two children.
