Susan is the Senior Director of Organizational Transformation Programs at AnitaB.org, working with organizations to be a place where women technologists thrive. She also leads both the Organizational Transformation Council and the Gender Allies Council at ABI.
In addition to her role at AnitaB.org, Susan is the founder and President of Leadhership1®, a boutique coaching company specializing in the retention and advancement of high-performing, mid-career women technologists. Most notable is her long-term partnership with Thomson Reuters where she’s coached hundreds of technical women in over 25 locations around the world.
For over a decade, Dr. Davis-Ali served as Vice President of Assessment Develop and Psychometrics in the Certification and Licensure Testing Industry. She is the author of the book How to Become Successful Without Becoming a Man, and she writes a weekly career advice column for Millennials published in USA TODAY.
