Grace Hopper Celebration 2024, Global Tech Conference, Comes to Philly
What:
Grace Hopper Celebration 2024 (GHC 24)
Grace Hopper Celebration is the world’s largest tech gathering of women and nonbinary people. This year’s theme is Me + We, a testament to what’s possible when women and nonbinary technologists step boldly into their collective power.
GHC 24 is hosted by AnitaB.org, a global nonprofit working toward a future where technology is built by and for the people and societies who use it.
Why:
The goal of GHC 24 is to connect, inspire, and advance women and nonbinary technologists with 400+ sessions, 600+ speakers, and over 19,000 minutes of virtual and in-person programming. The Expo provides the opportunity for attendees to interact with staff from Sponsors and learn about open employment opportunities in tech.

Badge Pickup:
Begins October 7 (8 am – 5 pm ET)
Final pickup October 8 by 9 am ET, immediately followed by Media Tour.
Media Tour:
October 8, 2024 (9:30 – 10:30 am ET)
Arrive at Arch Street entrance and navigate to Registration Service Desk in Hall F.
Please note this is the only Registration site that is accommodating media requests for access.

The following policies should be recognized while onsite:
- Must contact prior to arriving onsite to ensure access and placement on approved media list
- No recording
- Allowed in public spaces only except for Media Room (Room 110A)
- No recognizable photos of attendees (blurred or from the back only)
- No photos of speakers, especially Keynote and Guest speakers
GHC 24 Media Room
The GHC 24 Media Room, located in Room 110A at the Pennsylvania Convention Center, is your dedicated space for working, networking, and accessing event resources.

- October 8, 2024: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- October 9-10, 2024: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- October 11, 2024: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
