Dolly Singh

Dolly Singh is the Founder and CEO of Thesis Couture, a fashion-tech design house based in Los Angeles, California. Thesis Couture is disrupting the $40 billion global fashion footwear market by bringing together a cross-disciplinary team of technologists and experts from fashion, architecture, medicine, and engineering to reinvent the iconic stiletto.  

The Thesis Couture mission is to empower the lifestyles of ambitious women through innovation and intelligent design. In 2017, the company launched the Olympus One, the world’s first high performance stiletto shoes. Olympus One was described by WSJ as “Jimmy Choo on the outside, but pure Jetson’s on the inside,” and by Business Insider as “hands down the most comfortable high heels — ever.” 

Dolly is also currently the Head of Talent Innovation at Service Titan, a SaaS unicorn democratizing the power of software for everyday entrepreneurs in the $700 billion home services industry. Her role includes responsibility for Diversity and Inclusion, Talent Brand, and Corporate Social Responsibility; her mission with Service Titan is to foster a best in class workplace culture where inclusion is the engine that drives innovation. 

Formerly, Dolly was the Global Head of Talent at Oculus VR, a groundbreaking gaming and virtual reality technology company acquired by Facebook for over $2.5 billion She worked directly with the company founders to help build a best in class team and talent practices to support the business in preparation for the launch of the revolutionary Oculus Rift VR system. 

Prior to Oculus, she was the Global Head of Talent Acquisition at SpaceX, where she was responsible for talent across all engineering (software, hardware, electronics, propulsion, structures, launch, and test), operations, and business teams; and worked closely with the company CEO, Elon Musk, to grow the company from around 200 to over 4,000 in five years. 

Prior to SpaceX, she was the owner and managing principal at a boutique consulting firm with Fortune 100 clients in the aerospace, defense, and biotechnology sectors. Her experience spans all aspects of human capital. Dolly is a graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles, and a proud mom of four.
