Tamar Lucien

Tamar Lucien is Co-founder and CEO of MentalHappy, based in San Jose, California. She was born and raised in Palm Beach County, Florida. She understands first hand the challenges of Office Managers or HR Directors to address significant life changes of all employees. When she is not being the Head of Happiness at MentalHappy, she enjoys spending time hiking, trying a new vegetarian recipe, meditating, and working out to hot Pilates.
