Everything You Need To Know

There will be staff around the venue and at the information desk who are specifically tasked with assisting attendees who need special accommodations.

Pennsylvania Convention Center (PCC) entrances and exits will be equipped with ramps and there will be specified areas for accessible queuing. Information and registration desks will be low enough to accommodate those in mobility aids or other reasons for height differentials.

For virtual attendees, the website and virtual event portals provide easy interface with assistive technologies such as screen readers, captioning or sign language interpreters.

Yes, gender-neutral restrooms will be available at the Pennsylvania Convention Center (PCC).

Shuttles will be running to nearby hotels for transportation to the venue. Attendees can request an ADA shuttle (notating the day and time needed) for transportation to the venue. If requesting an ADA Shuttle more than 24 hours in advance, please email . If booking the shuttle within 24 hours of when you need it, we will provide the phone number for you to call closer to the event date.

PCC does not have parking. If you are driving, you will need to utilize the parking garages and surface lots in the area. For accommodations, reach out to Philadelphia Parking authority for more information to plan your trip.

Yes, ADA seating will be available in all rooms (Mainstage, Breakouts, Workshops). Onsite, an ambassador or temporary staff member will guide you to these spots. If you require assistance with hearing devices, they will also direct you to the technicians.

There will be an ASL translator at the Mainstage throughout the event, with ADA seating directly in front of the translator.

For in-person attendees that need 1:1 translating assistance throughout the event, ASL interpreters are available by reservation. We will connect attendees with a translator and facilitate the exchange of information, so attendees can locate the translator onsite. Email to make reservations.

Scootaround is proud to provide wheelchairs, scooters, powerchairs, rollators, oxygen equipment, and more to enhance your GHC 24 experience. Scootaround is located at the FedEx office on Level 2 of the PPC, outside of Exhibit Hall B.

Quiet Zones are serene and meditative areas that provide a tranquil space with seating and a relaxing environment, ideal for brief meditation or taking a brief break from the crowd.
