What should I know about event accessibility?

Pennsylvania Convention Center (PCC) entrances and exits will be equipped with ramps and there will be specified areas for accessible queuing. Information and registration desks will be low enough to accommodate those in mobility aids or other reasons for height differentials.

For virtual attendees, the website and virtual event portals provide easy interface with assistive technologies such as screen readers, captioning or sign language interpreters.

If requesting an ADA Shuttle more than 24 hours in advance, please email GHC@AnitaB.org. If booking the shuttle within 24 hours of when you need it, we will provide the phone number for you to call closer to the event date.

Will there be dedicated ADA seating in all rooms?
