Grace Hopper Celebration is committed to creating a welcoming and accessible experience for all attendees. We work closely with our venue partners and service providers to ensure that accessibility needs are supported before and throughout the event.
You may request accommodations in advance or onsite by emailing GHC@AnitaB.org. During the event, accessibility support is also available at the Information Desks located throughout the venue.

Grace Hopper Celebration 2026 takes place at the Anaheim Convention Center, which is fully ADA-compliant. Accessible entrances, elevators, restrooms, seating, and pathways are available throughout the venue.
The Anaheim Convention Center offers accessible parking spaces in its on-site parking facilities. Spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are clearly marked. We recommend arriving early to ensure availability.

Yes. All session rooms and major event spaces will include designated ADA seating areas to accommodate mobility devices and seating needs.
ASL interpretation may be provided upon request. Please contact GHC@AnitaB.org by October 1, 2026 to allow sufficient time to coordinate services.

Grace Hopper Celebration 2026 partners with Cloud of Goodsto support attendees who require wheelchairs, mobility scooters, or other accessibility equipment during the event.
Cloud of Goods is an online platform that works with local delivery partners to provide short-term mobility equipment rentals. Attendees are responsible for reserving and paying for their equipment directly.
Service animals are permitted at the Anaheim Convention Center in accordance with ADA guidelines. Emotional support or therapy animals that are not trained service animals may not be permitted.
Yes. Dedicated lactation rooms will be available throughout the venue. These spaces do not include refrigeration, and items should not be left unattended. Event staff and Information Desks can assist with directions.
Yes. Quiet, designated spaces for prayer and reflection will be available. Please visit an Information Desk for locations and directions.
Quiet Zones are low-stimulus spaces designed for rest, decompression, or mindfulness. These areas offer seating and a calm environment away from high-traffic areas of the event.
