Brigette McInnis-Day is an HR Strategist and Digital Transformation Executive who serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for SAP SuccessFactors.
As COO, Brigette is responsible for defining and implementing the business strategies that the global SAP SuccessFactors organization needs to achieve sustainable growth and ensure customer satisfaction across SAP’s largest cloud organization. In addition, Brigette leads SAP SuccessFactors Digital HR Strategy and Transformation teams. In both roles, Brigette runs global programs that showcase SAP’s expertise in the market, promote forward thinking HR strategies, and prepare people and businesses for the ongoing shift to the cloud as well as the rise of AI and Machine Learning.
With more than 20 years of HR experience and a 15+ year tenure at SAP, Brigette has held regional and global executive HR roles such as HR leader for GCO, the Cloud Business Group, and in the Office of the CEO. Recognized as a thought leader, Brigette offers deep experience in organization design and digital transformation. With spending four years as an expat in Germany, Brigette has created and curated an extensive network across all of SAP as well as externally.
Brigette is a member of the SAP Innovation Council where her passion is to uniquely amplify SAP’s culture and behaviors through employee-centric programs. She has successfully piloted and led initiatives such as Build your Brand, LEAP (Leadership Excellence Acceleration Program), Talent Roundtables, and People Communities. These programs contribute to each employee’s growth, development, and personal brand. Brigette has an unmatched ability to recognize and successfully develop internal and external talent, push for diversity and inclusion, and deeply connect with colleagues from the C-suite to help improve SAP’s commitment to women, diversity, and early talents.
Entrepreneurial and collaborative by nature, Brigette shares her experiences broadly as a published author, speaker, and contributor for the WEF Agenda, Fortune, Forbes, and HRExecutive, among many other innovative forums.
In addition to Brigette’s executive success, she has a passion for diversity and inclusion, pay equality, digital transformation, the future of HR, and driving culture. By leading with motivation and transparency, it is her purpose to help individuals succeed through innovation.
Having grown up in upstate New York, Brigette received her bachelor’s degree in Applied Psychology and Business from Ithaca College. She went on to earn a master’s degree in Organizational and Industrial Psychology from the University of New Haven with Honors as a Graduate Fellow. Brigette is currently based at SAP’s field headquarters in Newtown Square, PA.
